We deliver to Belgium, The Netherlands, and our EU: Austria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (Metropolitan), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.
We do not ship to Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, or any countries outside this list.

Pre-order & dispatch time

All items are pre-order. Your order will be dispatched within 14 days of purchase. You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel ships. During this period, we’ll also send status updates while your order is being processed.

Damage or issues

If your parcel arrives damaged (or is lost, defective on arrival, or the wrong item), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Keep all packaging and include clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the item. After verification, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

Address accuracy & failed delivery (pre-order policy)

Please ensure your address details are correct and that someone can accept the parcel. Because items are pre-order, we do not offer refunds for parcels returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or multiple failed delivery attempts. If a parcel is returned to us, we can reship once after receipt; additional shipping charges may apply.
