2. Scope

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Delivery Information, which are incorporated by reference.

3. Products – 3D printed items

Our products are 3D-printed and generally made-to-order.

Due to the nature of additive manufacturing:

Minor surface variations, visible layer lines, or small cosmetic marks may occur.
Colour tone, sheen, and finish may differ slightly from on-screen images.
Dimensional tolerances may vary within standard 3D-printing limits.

These characteristics are inherent to 3D printing and are not considered defects.

If you require critical tolerances or a specific finish, please contact us before placing your order.

4. Pre-order & lead time

All items are made-to-order (pre-order).

We usually dispatch within 14 days from the purchase date. This timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee.

You will receive status updates during processing and a tracking link once your parcel ships.

5. Pricing & payment

Prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs and any free-shipping thresholds are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

We reserve the right to update prices prior to order confirmation.

Payment is due at checkout.

6. Shipping & delivery

We ship to Belgium, The Netherlands, and our EU Standard Zone (see Delivery Information).

Risk transfers to you upon delivery at the address provided during checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring availability to receive the parcel.

7. Order changes, cancellations & returns (made-to-order items)

Because our products are made-to-order, cancellations or returns are not accepted once production has started, except as described in Section 8.

This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights under applicable EU consumer law.

Where EU consumer law grants a right of withdrawal, exceptions may apply to custom-made or personalised goods.

8. Damage, defects or incorrect items

If your parcel arrives damaged, defective, lost, or an incorrect item was delivered:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date in case of loss).
Keep all packaging materials.
Provide clear photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and item.

After verification, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund (at our discretion) and manage any carrier claim.

Normal 3D-printing characteristics described in Section 3 are not considered defects.

9. Failed delivery & returns to sender

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may reship once after receipt of the returned parcel. Additional shipping charges may apply.

As items are made-to-order, refunds are not provided in these circumstances.

10. Warranty & liability

We warrant that products will substantially conform to their description at the time of delivery, subject to Section 3.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of business.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is unlawful under applicable law.

11. Intellectual property

All designs, images, text, models, and website content are the property of Xumi3D or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

12. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania.

Courts in Lithuania shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your country of residence within the European Union.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
